Customer satisfaction as the centre of quality politics at ETT Verpackungstechnik: In Mrach 2009, ETT was reaccredited after the superior quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Every single step at the manufacturing and installation are analysed, optimized and now documented in the QM-handbook. Because all employees participate in the realisation of the QS-System, means that quality is assured at all levels.
